Foydalanish shartlari

Oxirgi yangilanish: 2026-10-20

Gamez (gamez.uz) — faqat virtual tangalar bilan o‘ynaladigan halol (provably fair) o‘yinlar simulyatori. Saytdan foydalanish shu shartlarga rozilik demakdir.

1. Umumiy qoidalar

1.1. Saytni «Gamez sayti ma’muriyati» (keyingi o‘rinlarda — ma’muriyat) yuritadi. Aloqa — Telegram bot @gamezuz_bot orqali.

1.2. Gamez — ko‘ngilochar xizmat. Bu qimor, lotereya yoki pul tikish xizmati emas: saytda haqiqiy pul tikilmaydi va yutilmaydi.

1.3. Shartlarga rozi bo‘lmasangiz, saytdan foydalanmang.

2. Virtual tangalar

2.1. Tangalar — o‘yin ichidagi shartli birlik. Ular pul emas va hech qanday pul qiymatiga ega emas.

2.2. Tangalarni sotib olish, sotish, ayirboshlash, boshqa o‘yinchiga o‘tkazish yoki yechib olish mumkin emas. Saytda depozit yo‘q: sayt hech qachon sizdan pul olmaydi.

2.3. Tangalar ro‘yxatdan o‘tganda, kunlik bonus, do‘st taklifi va ma’muriyat «yomg‘iri» orqali bepul beriladi.

2.4. Tangalarni saytdan tashqarida sotish, sotib olish yoki ularga narx qo‘yish taqiqlanadi.

3. Hisob

3.1. Sayt 18 yoshdan oshganlar uchun tavsiya etiladi.

3.2. Bir odam — bir hisob. Parol bilan yoki Telegram orqali ro‘yxatdan o‘tish mumkin; bir Telegram hisobi faqat bitta Gamez hisobiga bog‘lanadi.

3.3. Parolingizni va hisobingizga kirishni o‘zingiz himoya qilasiz. Hisobni boshqaga berish, sotish yoki birgalikda ishlatish mumkin emas.

3.4. Foydalanuvchi nomi haqoratli, aldamchi (masalan, ma’muriyat nomidan) yoki reklama bo‘lmasligi kerak; ma’muriyat bunday nomni o‘zgartirishi mumkin.

4. Taqiqlar

Quyidagilar taqiqlanadi:

botlar, skriptlar, avtoklikerlar va saytning o‘z «Avto rejimi»dan tashqari har qanday avtomatlashtirish;
xato va zaifliklardan foydalanish, API ga noodatiy so‘rovlar yuborish;
bir nechta hisob yuritish;
chatda haqorat, tahdid, spam, reklama, pul yoki tanga sotish takliflari;
boshqa o‘yinchilarning ma’lumotlarini to‘plash yoki tarqatish.

Buzilish oqibati: musobaqa sovg‘asidan chetlatish, chatdan chetlatish yoki hisobni bloklash. Ma’muriyat qarori yakuniy.

5. Halol o‘yin

5.1. Har bir natija HMAC-SHA256 asosida hisoblanadi; server kaliti xeshi o‘yindan oldin ko‘rsatiladi va har bir natijani /verify sahifasida o‘zingiz tekshira olasiz.

5.2. Natijalar tasodifiy. Tangalarni yutqizish — o‘yinning oddiy qismi; yutqizilgan tangalar qaytarilmaydi.

6. Haftalik musobaqa va sovg‘alar

Haftaning eng yaxshi balanslari uchun ma’muriyat ixtiyoriy sovg‘alar (so‘mda) beradi. Shartlar, sovg‘a ro‘yxati va to‘lov tartibi — Musobaqa qoidalari sahifasida; ko‘rsatilgan sovrinlar /contest sahifasida. Sovg‘a — hadya; unga huquqiy talab yo‘q.

7. Do‘kon (Telegram Stars)

7.1. Do‘konda faqat bezaklar (ramka, ism rangi, zar bezagi) sotiladi. Bezaklar o‘yin natijasiga, balansga yoki musobaqaga ta’sir qilmaydi.

7.2. To‘lov Telegram ichidagi Stars bilan, Telegram tomonida amalga oshiriladi; sayt karta yoki to‘lov ma’lumotlarini olmaydi. Xaridlar yakuniy va qaytarilmaydi (Telegram qoidalaridagi holatlar bundan mustasno).

7.3. Bezaklar pul qiymatiga ega emas va boshqa hisobga o‘tkazilmaydi.

8. Mas’uliyat cheklovi

8.1. Sayt «shundayligicha» taqdim etiladi. Ma’muriyat uzilishlar, xatolar, ma’lumot yo‘qolishi yoki saytning o‘zgarishi uchun javobgar emas.

8.2. Virtual tangalar, daraja, nishonlar va bezaklar uchun hech qanday kompensatsiya nazarda tutilmagan.

8.3. Ma’muriyat saytni, o‘yinlarni, tanga miqdorlarini va ushbu shartlarni istalgan vaqt o‘zgartirishi yoki to‘xtatishi mumkin.

9. Mas’uliyatli o‘yin

Gamez — dam olish uchun. Vaqtingizni cheklang; o‘yin kayfiyatingizga yoki kundalik ishlaringizga ta’sir qila boshlasa — tanaffus qiling.

10. O‘zgarishlar

Shartlar o‘zgarganda yuqoridagi sana yangilanadi. O‘zgarishdan keyin saytdan foydalanishni davom ettirish yangi shartlarga rozilik hisoblanadi.

боты, скрипты, автокликеры и любая автоматизация, кроме собственного «Авторежима» сайта;
использование ошибок и уязвимостей, нестандартные запросы к API;
ведение нескольких аккаунтов;
оскорбления, угрозы, спам, реклама, предложения продать деньги или монеты в чате;

(Telegram Stars)

Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-20

Gamez (gamez.uz) is a provably fair games simulator played with virtual coins only. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. General

1.1. The site is run by the “Gamez site administration” (the administration). Contact: the Telegram bot @gamezuz_bot.

1.2. Gamez is an entertainment service. It is not gambling, a lottery or a betting service: no real money is ever staked or won on the site.

1.3. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site.

2. Virtual coins

2.1. Coins are an in-game unit. They are not money and have no monetary value whatsoever.

2.2. Coins cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred to another player or withdrawn. There are no deposits: the site never takes money from you.

2.3. Coins are given for free: on sign-up, as the daily bonus, for invited friends and through administration “rain”. Every Monday at 00:00 (Tashkent time) all balances return to the starting value as part of the weekly contest.

2.4. Selling, buying or pricing coins outside the site is prohibited.

3. Account

3.1. The site is recommended for people aged 18 and over.

3.2. One person, one account. You may sign up with a password or through Telegram; one Telegram account links to exactly one Gamez account.

3.3. You are responsible for your password and access to your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared.

3.4. Usernames must not be abusive, misleading (for example, posing as the administration) or advertising; the administration may change such a name.

4. Prohibited

The following is not allowed:

bots, scripts, auto-clickers and any automation other than the site’s own Auto mode;
exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, sending unusual requests to the API;
running more than one account;
insults, threats, spam, advertising, offers to sell money or coins in the chat;
collecting or spreading other players’ data.

Consequences: disqualification from contest prizes, removal from the chat or an account block. The administration’s decision is final.

5. Fair play

5.1. Every result is derived from HMAC-SHA256; the server seed hash is shown before you play and any result can be checked yourself at /verify.

5.2. Results are random. Losing coins is a normal part of the game; lost coins are not refunded.

6. Weekly contest and prizes

The administration gives voluntary gifts (in Uzbek so‘m) for the best balances of the week. Conditions, the prize list and the payment procedure are on the Contest Rules page; the current prizes are shown on /contest. A prize is a gift; there is no legal claim to it.

7. Shop (Telegram Stars)

7.1. The shop sells cosmetics only (frame, name colour, dice skin). Cosmetics do not affect game results, balances or the contest.

7.2. Payment is made with Stars inside Telegram, on Telegram’s side; the site receives no card or payment details. Purchases are final and non-refundable (except where Telegram’s own rules provide otherwise).

7.3. Cosmetics have no monetary value and cannot be moved to another account.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. The site is provided “as is”. The administration is not liable for outages, errors, data loss or changes to the site.

8.2. No compensation is provided for virtual coins, levels, badges or cosmetics.

8.3. The administration may change or discontinue the site, the games, coin amounts and these terms at any time.

9. Responsible play

Gamez is for leisure. The game is not and cannot be a source of income. Limit your time; if playing starts to affect your mood or daily life, take a break.

10. Changes

When the terms change, the date at the top is updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
